Qualifications

• At least five years in a client-facing relationship, technical account, product, or project management role.
• Experience with equity investment professionals in financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior professionals.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology contact for Equity Portfolio Managers and analysts in the region.
• Lead end-to-end technology onboarding for new equity investment teams from candidate to transition.
• Document day-one requirements and ongoing tech and AI needs for teams.
• Maintain accurate user profiles and records of open items, owners, and due dates.
• Coordinate across Business Management, Operations, Trading, Data and other functions to drive delivery.
• Escalate risks and communicate progress through appropriate management channels.
