Job summary

Nightwing Technologies, LLC in Sterling, VA seeks experienced Technical Operations professionals to deliver hands-on, applications-oriented training in a high-security environment. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope poly and 10+ years of customer-facing experience in classified settings.

You will design curricula, supervise instructors, map training routes, install and test fiber, and ensure network functionality.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with full scope polygraph updated within the last five years.
• Over 10 years' experience in a classified environment; managing equipment, data/security, and supporting technical operations.
• Experience in Training of Trainers (ToT) and facilitating training and assessment courses.
• IT experience maintaining Windows and Linux workstations, networking, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing a specific course, including developing curriculum, training other instructors, assessing student progress, and ensuring the requirements of subject matter is met.
• Support the planning of the training sessions and improving the skills of those who will instruct in training, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Emphasize achieving a high level of skill and knowledge and enabling the individual to teach it to others.
• Managing the overall teaching process, providing guidance and resources to other instructors, and fostering a positive learning environment.
