Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Orthopedics unit seeks a Project Engineering Manager - Tech Ops E2E Delivery based in Warsaw, IN. You will lead end-to-end engineering delivery for the Hips & Shoulders portfolio, coordinating NPI, technology introduction, and capacity planning across multiple sites to meet strategic roadmaps.

Responsibilities include directing a global technical function of 180+ personnel, managing a $15M annual budget and ~$40M capital spend, and driving performance and risk reduction

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years management experience in a senior Operations/Engineering role within a multinational organization.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end E2E Tech Ops delivery for the Hips & Shoulders portfolio across multiple sites.
• Direct the roadmap development and deployment of technologies for HIP & SHOULDERS.
• Manage NPI delivery, technology introduction, and capacity planning to meet PSR/LRFP targets.
• Ensure alignment with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Make functions to deliver on program milestones.
