Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least six years of progressive supply chain planning, operations, or related experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across global functions.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and advanced planning systems is required (SAP/APO/OMP).
• Proven ability to translate constraints into actionable options for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning strategy and execution for the Spine product portfolio.
• Collaborate across demand, supply, inventory, service, capacity, and risk to achieve goals.
• Govern planning methods, tolerances, alerts, and escalation thresholds across the network.
• Drive inventory strategy, replenishment, decoupling points, and lead times.
• Lead scenario-based planning to resolve imbalances balancing service, cost, risk and inventory.
• Participate in S&OP/IBP forums and frame risks and recommendations for leadership.
