Job summary

Breeze Airways is hiring a Technology Operations Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for Breeze Team Members needing technical assistance. You will troubleshoot, document, and resolve IT issues across hardware, software, and networks, while maintaining accurate records and supporting enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of service desk or system administration experience.
• Experience with Azure AD preferred.
• Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 knowledge with certifications.
• Basic network troubleshooting (DHCP, DNS).
• MacOS/iOS support experience.
• Hardware knowledge relevant to IT operations.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical incidents and requests via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems or escalate as needed.
• Communicate known issues and fixes to Team Members.
• Submit and maintain knowledge base solutions.
• Assist other Technology Team Members with research and problem analysis.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in systems.
• Set up equipment and ensure proper OS/software installation.
• Maintain asset records and coordinate device provisioning.
• Refer major issues to business partners as needed.
• Support Microsoft Teams and Logitech room systems.
• Monitor enterprise systems for performance and reliability.
