Job summary

Arkana Laboratories is seeking a Director of Technology Operations to lead cloud and infrastructure engineering, the technology support desk, and information security in a HIPAA/HITRUST environment. You will report to the CTO and grow a multi-function team responsible for uptime, security, and scalable clinical AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology experience with multi-function IT/tech ops leadership.
• Experience owning infrastructure or platform functions at meaningful scale.
• Experience with security accountability in regulated environments (HIPAA/HITRUST/SOC 2).

Responsibilities

• Direct the infrastructure, cloud, and on-premises systems roadmap and budget.
• Lead the technology support desk and service operations.
• Own information security program across HIPAA/HITRUST and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor strategy, contracts, and partnerships with executive visibility.
