Job summary

Arkana Laboratories seeks a Director of Technology Operations to lead cloud and on-prem infrastructure, security, and the technology support desk in a HIPAA/HITRUST environment. You will own the infrastructure roadmap, manage budgets, and grow a high-performing team.

You will partner with executive leadership to align technology with clinical operations, data protection, and regulatory requirements, while guiding strategic vendor relationships and security initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Proven track record directing multi-function IT/tech ops teams.
• Experience owning security in regulated environments (HIPAA/HITRUST/SOC 2).

Responsibilities

• Direct infrastructure, cloud, and support desk operations, including budget and roadmap.
• Lead security program and audits across HIPAA/HITRUST/CAP requirements.
• Manage vendor contracts and executive stakeholder communications.
• Grow and mentor a high-performance tech operations team.
