Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience or a relevant degree (e.g., Computer Science, IT, BIS).
• Familiarity with basic SQL queries, log analysis and database concepts; comfortable learning monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or New Relic.
• Curiosity to learn how complex systems work and a desire to solve technical problems.
• Good written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced tech environment and juggling different tasks.

You will support the management of ongoing escalations and investigations, help ensure clear communication with our partners and management during issue resolution, and contribute to operational flows that keep all company products running smoothly.

Who you are:

• Experience: 0-2 years of experience or a relevant degree (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems).
