Job summary

Meridell Achievement Center is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Technician (MHT) to support children and adolescents in a residential treatment setting. You will provide direct care, supervise daily activities, and help patients achieve treatment goals under clinical guidance.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, monitoring mood and safety, transporting patients when needed, and collaborating on individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Valid Texas Driver's License and a good driving record (for transports with patients)
• Must be 21 years old or older to apply
• Ability to pass a drug screen and state background test
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting (a plus!)
