Job summary

NBCUniversal seeks a corporate/tech lawyer to provide contract review and negotiation for software, AI, and other tech transactions across Peacock and Global Streaming. You will handle licensing, professional services and related agreements, working with cross-functional teams in a hybrid NY-based role.

The position requires NY bar admission, a JD/LLM, and 2+ years in digital media law with strong drafting and negotiation skills. Evening hours and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• JD or LLM degree from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experienced in digital/new media and technology agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and interpret contracts for Peacock and Global Streaming properties.
• Counsel on technology transactions, including AI.
• Coordinate with Privacy, Product Counseling and Law teams on risk and policy.
