You will ensure materials are prepared and brand-consistent across channels, collaborating with leadership to coordinate campaigns, content, events, and operations.

The role emphasizes turning plans into execution, maintaining timelines, and delivering high-quality assets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event support, or a related role.
• Must be experienced building and administering WordPress websites.
• Able to create industrial data sheets from engineers.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and processes.
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and marketing/project management tools.
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
