Job summary

RFMW is seeking a Marketing & Communications Lead I to drive marketing campaigns, content strategy, and lead generation. The role partners with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Occasional travel to industry tradeshows is expected.

The position includes content support for tradeshows and a plan to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX or San Jose, CA with a hybrid work option after a six-month training period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or commensurate work experience.
• 2–4+ years’ experience preferred; project management and/or agency experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite; strong writing and content development skills.
• Experience with SEO/GEO techniques and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
• Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns and content development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and execute RFMW marketing campaigns and content strategy.
• Plan editorial calendar and manage content production for tradeshows and campaigns.
• Coordinate lead generation campaigns and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Track and report on marketing performance; optimize channels and messaging.
• Support external partner marketing relationships and industry tradeshows.
