Job summary

JEGI LEONIS seeks Summer Analysts to join its Advisory team in New York, NY for the 2027 Summer Analyst Program. This fully immersive program introduces you to M&A advisory with live deal exposure and structured learning.

During the internship, you will receive internal training on financial modeling and valuation, attend sector Lunch & Learns, and benefit from a Buddy Program and mentorship across the firm, gaining visibility into senior stakeholders and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with expected graduation in 2028 or 2029.
• Coursework in finance, accounting or economics preferred; all majors encouraged.
• Prior internship or relevant work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of financial models including valuation analyses.
• Assist in preparing client materials such as information memoranda and presentations.
• Conduct industry and market research on relevant sectors.
• Contribute to transaction execution and due diligence processes.
• Analyze financial statements to evaluate opportunities and outcomes.
