You will collaborate with bankers on deal execution, pitch development, and market research to drive growth for founders, investors, and management teams.

The role offers hands-on experience across deal execution and origination in a collaborative team, with exposure to client calls and materials preparation.

Qualifications

• Internship or full-time experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, consulting, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid foundation in finance, accounting, and valuation concepts.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to learn quickly, take direction, and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and desire to grow within investment banking.

Responsibilities

• Support transaction execution: assist with M&A and capital-raising transactions, including financial analysis, valuation work, diligence support, and preparation of transaction materials.
• Develop technical skills: build and maintain financial models and analyses with accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct research and diligence: perform company, industry, and market research to support live transactions and diligence materials.
• Support business development: assist with research, pitching, and marketing collateral for client origination.
• Prepare deal and pitch materials: create/confidential information memorandums and client presentations.
