Job summary

DC Advisory is seeking an Associate to support day-to-day M&A, capital raising and advisory projects. You will build financial models, draft pitches, assist client presentations and guide Analysts to deliver high-quality work.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, initiative and teamwork in a fast-paced environment, with a hybrid work arrangement four days on-site and one day remote. The company fosters growth through feedback and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years post-undergraduate M&A investment banking experience
• SIE, Series 79, Series 63 (exam within 30 days of start)
• Strong quantitative, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes
• Create financial models and draft pitch and marketing materials
• Assist in client presentations and training for Analysts
• Monitor work quality and serve as a role model to Analysts
