Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate, Tech Learning Project Manager to lead the learning program management for our Professional Tech Upskilling curriculum. You will own the learning needs analysis, stakeholder relationships, and deliver learning in multiple modalities in partnership with vendors and internal SMEs.

The ideal candidate will align business objectives with learner-centered experiences, manage risks in delivery, and collaborate with engineering on technical solutions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 5 years experience in project, process or program management.
• At least 1 year in communication or change management.
• Masters / MBA degree preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem solving and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own learning needs analysis and roadmap for our Tech Upskilling curriculum.
• Partner with vendors, internal SMEs and others to deliver learning in various modalities.
• Identify and elevate risks in delivery and collaborate with engineering to execute technical solutions.
• Translate strategic ideas into impactful, learner-centered experiences.
• Connect business objectives with learning solutions and drive alignment across the organization.
