Job summary

Genpact LLC is seeking a Tech Lead for Testing & Quality Assurance in a hybrid role based in the United States. You will lead a team of testers, develop test plans and scripts, and coordinate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage for software performance and reliability.

You will perform manual and automated testing, analyze results, mentor team members, and report progress while escalating issues as needed.
