Job summary

Genpact LLC is seeking an Engineering Leader for Software Development Engineering to guide a data engineering team and shape scalable data pipelines across the organization.

You will mentor engineers, apply best practices in data governance and security, and collaborate with product, research, and operations teams to deliver impactful AI solutions. A strong track record in SDLC and design thinking is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Masters in software engineering or related field is a plus.
• Strong experience leading data engineering teams and large-scale data pipelines.
