Qualifications

• Extensive production experience with Java and JVM internals.
• Strong system design capabilities with ability to document and implement complex architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases, PostgreSQL, and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of messaging concepts, especially Kafka.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and knowledge of concurrency and security best practices.
• Leadership experience with mentoring teams and stakeholder communication in English.
