Job summary

Osaic's advisor-facing applications form the core of how financial advisors manage client relationships and process transactions. We seek a hands-on Technical Lead who will design, develop, and deliver these applications, doing in-depth code reviews, making architectural calls, and solving production issues with the product team.

The role combines deep development expertise with scaled Agile leadership to drive engineering quality.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of application development experience, including at least 2 years leading projects and teams.
• Hands-on with C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, REST API design, DI, and SOA; recent coding experience.
• Strong SQL Server skills including stored procedures and performance tuning.
• Angular 18+ with ability to review components and TypeScript.
• Full-stack credibility to move between backend and frontend seamlessly.
• Azure development experience with App Service, SQL Database, and Service Bus.
• Enterprise-scale Scaled Agile delivery experience; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as player-coach to lead the team; review PRs and mentor engineers on strategy.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance and Operations to ensure best-in-class design.
• Lead Scaled Agile delivery across a distributed team, including offshore resources.
• Support production stability; diagnose issues and drive proactive resolution.
• Manage vendors and offshore partners to meet quality and delivery commitments.
• Create Software Architecture documentation and adhere to standards.
