Job summary

Osaic’s advisor-facing applications are core to managing client relationships, transactions, and business workflows. We seek a hands-on technical leader who codes, reviews architecture, and collaborates with product teams to deliver high-quality software.

You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and lead a distributed team with offshore resources in a Scaled Agile framework, ensuring production stability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of application development experience with leadership.
• Strong C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, REST API design.
• Excellent SQL Server skills and data modelling.
• Angular 18+ experience and full-stack capability.
• Azure development with App Service, SQL Database, and Service Bus.
• Scaled Agile experience at enterprise level.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team as player-coach; review PRs and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Ops for quality design and delivery.
• Lead Scaled Agile delivery across distributed/offshore teams.
• Support production stability; diagnose issues and prevent recurrence.
• Manage vendors and offshore partners per standards.
• Create software architecture documentation per enterprise standards.
