Job summary

Mind Robotics is building generalized physical AI for real-world industrial environments. We seek a Tech Lead to own fleet deployment, testing infrastructure, and observability for field-deployed robots. This IC-heavy role requires hands-on implementation and end-to-end delivery at scale.

You will architect OTA updates, build HIL testing suites, and lead CI/CD pipelines that gate deployments onto physical robots in remote sites.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering in Python and/or Rust/C++, with experience building tooling and services.
