PKO Bank Polski poszukuje Tech Lead Platformy Danych do Warszawy. Twoje zadania to projektowanie i rozwój nowoczesnej platformy danych w architekturze lakehouse w środowisku chmurowym, a także współtworzenie długoterminowej strategii rozwoju platformy.

Dołączysz do zespołu odpowiedzialnego za potoki danych, bezpieczeństwo, koszty i jakość danych. Oczekujemy 7+ lat w Data Engineering, 3+ lata na stanowisku Tech Lead, a także silnych umiejętności SQL i pracy z GCP/AWS/Azure.

Qualifications

• minimum 7 years of Data Engineering experience
• at least 3 years as Tech Lead / Architect
• advanced SQL and one of Python, Rust, or Java
• hands-on with leading cloud ecosystems (GCP/Azure/AWS)
• strong data modeling knowledge, Lakehouse and Data Mesh
• experience with data pipelines and orchestration tools (Airflow)
• infrastructure as code: Terraform
• experience applying Generative AI in data management
• IT project leadership or Technical Product Owner experience
• ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders

Responsabilités

• design and develop scalable data platform in cloud Lakehouse architecture
• co-create long-term data platform strategy and participate in tech decisions
• build advanced data processing solutions including stream processing
• design, implement and maintain data pipelines (ETL)
• optimize costs, performance and reliability of cloud services and databases
• ensure data security, availability and data quality standards
• collaborate with business data stakeholders to translate ideas into tech
• initiate and drive development initiatives
• mentor and develop Data Engineers (including some team management)
• define coding standards, conduct core reviews and promote DataOps best practices
• improve task execution flow and sprint planning, remove tech debt
