Job summary

Medica is seeking a talented Technology Engineer for our Member Portal 2.0 Team in Hopkins, MN. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise technology solutions with significant autonomy and technical guidance. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have over 5 years of relevant experience.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,300 to $150,465 annually, along with a generous benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) contributions. The role requires in-office work approximately 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product-related work experience beyond degree.
• Experience writing object-oriented code with Java and React.
• Experience in cloud platforms with end-to-end application building.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Develop clean, testable, secure code using modern programming languages.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and resolve issues within SLAs.
