Medica is seeking a hands‑on Senior AI Platform Engineer to help build and scale our next‑generation AI agents and infrastructure. You'll work on complex systems that power AI‑driven healthcare solutions for our members, providers and employees, that improve the healthcare experience end‑to‑end. This role is ideal for hands‑on builders who thrive on ownership, love solving technical and business problems, and are on the cutting edge of software. Performs other duties as assigned.
This position is an office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week.
Salary: The full salary grade for this position is $113,400 – $194,400. The typical hiring salary range is $113,400 – $170,100, based on factors such as education, experience and market data. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for incentive plan compensation.
