As part of our dev team, you’ll work with a client-focused approach, building modern, headless e-commerce solutions using React-based frameworks like Next.js and Gatsby. You'll be the expert responsible for optimizing performance, building reusable components, and delivering seamless, high-quality user experiences that meet our clients’ e-commerce needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll work directly with our clients and internal teams to create, adapt, and implement solutions that solve real business challenges. You’ll be at the heart of understanding our clients’ needs, making smart technical decisions, and building scalable, future-proof solutions that help their businesses grow.

You’ll analyze business processes, create custom solutions, and guide clients through every step of the development process. Collaboration is key, so you’ll also work closely with other teams to ensure everything integrates smoothly and meets high technical standards.

In this role, you’ll be working:

• At the heart of our technical operations, leading a team of developers through new and inspiring challenges.
• As an expert in understanding our clients' needs and turning them into state-of-the-art e-commerce solutions.
• With client management, including client meetings and handling client requests.
• Alongside project managers to set up projects and be involved in both the project and maintenance phases.
• With passion, commitment, ambition, and a client-oriented mindset, always strive to exceed our clients' expectations.
• With technologies such as JavaScript, React, TypeScript, PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
• To ensure projects are completed according to plan, maintaining high quality and results.
• With both technical development and leadership responsibilities.
• With overall responsibility for your projects, including architecture, quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, we believe you:

• Are a senior, self-driven full-stack developer.
• Ideally, have 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, whether at an agency, on the client side, or at a software company.
• Have experience leading other developers and feel comfortable as the technical expert in the team.
• Are familiar with agile development and project methodologies, such as Scrum.
• Are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
