Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Content Development & Deployment to scale how content is created, reviewed, and delivered across channels. This role leads Global Content Infrastructure, MLR Operations, and Content Factory teams to ensure compliant, on‑time content readiness for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

The role reports to the Head of Customer Orchestration, oversees a broad cross‑functional team, and partners with brand and regional stakeholders to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in life sciences/pharma regulated content governance.
• 10+ years in content operations, digital asset management, or regulated content governance.
• 2+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 6‑8 years of experience leading people and teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern a scalable content operating model (Content Factory).
• Lead and develop Team Leads with clear decision rights and performance expectations.
• Oversee MLR operations and Content Factory governance for modular content and DAM/CMS hygiene.
• Partner with Activation Leads and regional stakeholders to align priorities and ensure compliant readiness.
