Job summary

QUANTUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Tech Lead to drive design and implementation of enterprise software solutions using .NET Core, C#, and Azure. You will mentor developers, guide architecture decisions, and ensure delivery of high-quality code across CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on development in Microsoft stack, and collaboration with delivery architects and product owners in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in .NET Core, C#, and Azure-based solutions.
• Experience with API development and data access using Entity Framework.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures, serverless, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings to capture technical requirements and design software components.
• Oversee and direct staff for development, testing, and maintenance.
• Design enterprise-level applications using .NET Core, Azure, and PaaS.
• Resolve complex break/fix issues and coordinate with senior staff.
• Mentor teammates and ensure code quality through reviews and standards.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Perform unit and integration testing as part of the development lifecycle.
