Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Tech Lead for Application Development JAVA N to design and develop scalable backend services and platform APIs. You will implement config-as-a-service for platform configuration, build integration services for MES, Historian, and LIMS, and enforce contract-first API development with multi-tenant isolation.

• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and streaming systems.
• Strong collaboration and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services and platform APIs.
• Implement config-as-a-service architecture for platform configuration and orchestration.
• Build integration services for MES, Historian, LIMS, and external systems.
• Enforce contract-first development (API schemas, validation, versioning).
• Develop multi-tenant aware services with strict data isolation.
• Optimize backend for high-throughput industrial data processing (real-time + batch).
• Collaborate with AI, frontend, and integration teams.
• Hands-on experience in microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architectures.
• Experience with AWS services, Kubernetes, and streaming systems (Kinesis).
