Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one programming language.
• 5+ years leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

Responsibilities

• Lead your team’s software development end-to-end and provide the system-wide view and design guidance.
• Be the tech lead on large, ambiguous problems spanning multiple organizations.
• Lead and mentor engineers, growing the team through recruiting and guidance.
• Work backwards from the customer, bringing product design judgment to technical decisions.
• Lead the team’s AI Native build loops and shape agentic foundations (Bedrock AgentCore, MCP).
• Stay hands-on in code and reviews that matter most and uphold a high bar.
