Job summary

Woven Solutions, LLC seeks a Technical Lead to guide the architecture, delivery, and integration of a program component within a larger federal system. You will lead technical resources, set direction, and work with customer architects to execute that direction.

This is a hands-on player/coach role: write and review code, create architecture diagrams, discuss decisions with leadership, and ensure quality at every layer from back end to data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping full-stack web apps.
• Backend: Python/Django or FastAPI; Frontend: React/TypeScript.
• PostgreSQL and REST/OpenAPI experience.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools and secure coding practices.
• U.S. citizenship and active TS/SCI with CI polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, delivery, and integration within a federal system.
• Develop architecture diagrams and communicate decisions to leadership.
• Write and review code; deploy features and ensure quality.
• Set up CI/CD, tests, and runbooks; deploy to classified networks on-site.
• Collaborate with customer architects and teams.
