Simple Technology Solutions is seeking an AI Solutions Architect & Tech Lead to own the technical delivery of our AI applications for federal clients. You will guide a team of engineers, analysts, and testers through the STS SDLC, tailoring processes to project scope and risk.

You will design architectures for generative AI apps, decide on chassis like OpenCORA or AWS-native services, and mentor the team while communicating risks and decisions clearly to clients.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years leading delivery teams.
• Experience as accountable architect for cloud-hosted AI apps on AWS with security/compliance focus.
• Hands-on agile delivery with Kanban/Scrum and Jira or equivalent tool.
• Deep knowledge of AWS AI services and integration patterns for federal clients.

Mansioni

• Lead the technical delivery of AI applications for federal clients as architect and day-to-day tech lead.
• Establish and tailor STS SDLC for AI App Development per project size and risk.
• Design architectures for generative AI apps, including retrieval-augmented generation and agent workflows.
• Decide on OpenCORA chassis vs AWS-native services and manage toolchains for development.
• Run agile delivery, own backlog grooming, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Mentor team members, review designs, and improve the STS SDLC with lessons learned.
• Engage with clients to present status, risks, and recommendations in plain language.
