CyberCoders is seeking an IP Litigation Associate admitted to the USPTO and DC Bar to join our focused litigation team in Washington, DC. The role involves representing domestic and international clients in complex IP disputes across patents, copyrights, trademarks, and related matters before district courts, PTAB, and ITC.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of intellectual property litigation experience, including patent matters.
• Strong understanding of IP law across patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and trade dress.

Responsibilities

• Manage IP litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for district courts and administrative proceedings (PTAB, USPTO, ITC).
• Lead trial preparation phases including discovery, depositions, and trial strategy.
• Coordinate with technical experts and in-house counsel on case theories and damages strategies.
• Oversee e-discovery and document review teams and ensure compliance with discovery obligations.
• Provide strategic client counseling on enforcement, defense, licensing opportunities.
