Citizens is seeking an ambitious Investment Banking Associate I to join our Investment Banking team in San Francisco.

The Associate I will be involved in all facets of Citizens’ investment banking activities and will play an integral role supporting the origination and execution of a broad range of transactions, including private and public financings (equity, equity-linked and debt), mergers and acquisitions and other advisory services across the group with a specific focus on technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of direct investment banking or transaction-related financial experience.

Responsibilities

• Financial analysis and modeling for transactions.
• Conduct industry and company-specific research.
• Coordinate processes in financings or sales and prepare pitch materials and client presentations.
• Support origination and execution across Technology coverage.
• Work with senior bankers and interact with clients.
