Citizens in San Francisco is seeking an ambitious Investment Banking Analyst III to join our team.

You will be involved in all facets of Citizens’ investment banking activities and will play an integral role supporting the origination and execution of a broad range of transactions, including private and public financings (equity, equity-linked and debt), mergers and acquisitions and other advisory services across the group with a specific focus on technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of direct investment banking or transaction-related financial experience.
• Industry knowledge in healthcare/technology is strongly preferred.
• Ability to express ideas persuasively, organized and articulate.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a flat organization.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis; solid financial statement and modeling skills.
• Self-starting team player capable of strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment.
• High maturity and integrity with a positive, hardworking attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities
