Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in New York is seeking an Investment Banking Associate for the Technology sector.

You will participate in the full cycle of deal execution, from preparing marketing pitches to presenting to clients, while guiding analysts and coordinating with senior bankers. The role requires at least 3 years of technology-focused investment banking experience, strong quantitative and writing skills, and a track record of detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of investment banking experience, focused on Technology.
• Strong quantitative and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and thorough work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, lean deal environment.
• Proficient with Dealogic, CapIQ, Bloomberg and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in full-cycle execution including pitches and client presentations.
• Prepare and review financial analyses and models.
• Draft internal memos and external collateral.
• Coordinate group efforts for pitches and transactions.
• Present materials to senior bankers and clients.
• Mentor junior analysts.
