The Analyst will play a critical role working with senior bankers on strategic assignments, assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements and other advisory services. The Analyst program includes training with Wall Street Prep in the first year, with mentorship from senior bankers and ongoing training to advance their skills throughout

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Securities Industry Essentials Exam.
• Upon hiring, completion of Series 79 and Series 63.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team within the Technology industry vertical, and develop industry specific knowledge.
• Support the team’s projects, including business development and investment banking transactions.
• Create financial analysis for a wide variety of projects, including company valuation and projections.
• Prepare materials for team assignments, such as pitch books and information memos.
• Coordinate and perform due diligence.
• Participate in recruiting efforts.
