D.A. Davidson & Co. is seeking an Experienced Analyst to join the Investment Banking Technology Group in New York.

The role collaborates with senior bankers on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private placements, with training and mentorship throughout a three-year program. The Analyst will build financial models, conduct industry research, and contribute to client materials while learning the technology sector and investment banking processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA required.
• Securities Industry Essentials Exam required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills expected.
• 1 year to 18 months experience in Sell-Side M&A preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic corporate finance and accounting knowledge desired.

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers on M&A advisory assignments and transactions.
• Create financial analyses including valuation, projections, and peer analysis.
• Prepare pitch books, information memos, and management presentations.
• Coordinate due diligence and assist with deal documentation.
• Participate in recruiting efforts and team initiatives.
