Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Basic corporate finance and accounting knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Securities Industry Essentials Exam.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team within the Technology industry vertical, developing industry knowledge.
• Support projects including business development and investment banking transactions.
• Create financial analyses for company valuation, projections, peer analysis, etc.
• Prepare materials for team assignments such as pitch books and information memos.
• Coordinate and perform due diligence for engagements.
• Participate in recruiting efforts.
