Absolics Inc. is seeking a Tech Integration Engineer in Covington, GA to lead advanced packaging substrate integration from customer requirements to mass production.

You will be the primary technical interface, translating performance, quality, reliability, schedule, and cost needs into internal specs and action plans. The role requires deep knowledge of packaging technologies and end-to-end substrate manufacturing, with strong communication and cross-functional leadership to resolve complex

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; master's preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor packaging or substrate manufacturing.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead advanced packaging substrate integration from customer requirements through qualification, ramp, and mass production.
• Serve as primary customer technical interface and translate requirements into internal specs.
• Maintain end-to-end understanding of substrate processes and quality assurance.
• Identify and resolve cross-process gray zones and drive root-cause resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define ownership, containment, and corrective actions.
• Monitor risks and KPI performance, communicating status to customers and management.
• Apply SPC, DOE, and FMEA to improve capability, yield and reliability.
