Job summary

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Science, or Business with graduation no earlier than December 2024.
Sophomore, Junior, or Senior with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing, developing and implementing learning programs and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze learning needs.
Assist in creating and maintaining learning materials, resources, playbooks, etc.
Investigate, assess and propose recommendations on the TI&SC External Capabilities Network by researching and benchmarking data.
Play a vital role in the TI&SC training inventory platform/tool for housing learning content.
Organize and help lead system resources to deploy programs and support global efforts.
