Qualifications

3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
Knowledge of infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software) best practices.
Experience managing global infrastructure projects and programs.

Responsibilities

Define requirements and processes with stakeholders.
Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects; negotiate trade-offs.
Provide regular program progress reporting.
End-to-end responsibility for program execution and success.
Manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously.
Run meetings, maintain timelines, inform large groups of progress.
Ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track exceptions.
Develop scalable, data-driven process improvements/automation.
Assist in daily operational tasks within Data Center Delivery workflow.
