Job summary

You will drive cross‑functional programs, measure health metrics, and orchestrate scalable, data‑driven process improvements. The role reports to the Data Center Delivery Business Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical program management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a discipline that requires problem-solving.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and processes with stakeholders.
• Manage project interfaces and trade-offs.
• Provide program progress reporting on a regular basis.
• Own end-to-end program execution and success.
• Manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously.
• Lead meetings, create timelines, and communicate progress.
• Ensure configuration consistency and track exceptions.
• Develop scalable, data-driven process improvements.
• Assist in daily operational tasks within Data Center Delivery workflow.
