Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with outstanding academic performance.
9-14+ years of professional consulting experience in software and technology-oriented clients, specializing in buy-side/sell-side due diligence and performance improvement.
Experience leading work streams in a business transformation and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Prepare major client deliverables, including full ownership of the financial model and presentation with limited support by senior project team.
Actively lead detailed analyses to support project objectives and client needs.
Design and implement tailored cost optimization initiatives that align with client goals.
Lead workstreams, including synergy assessment, cost savings initiatives, org design, financial baseline, etc.
Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations.
Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and client presentations.
