  • Assembles mechanical or electrical systems to production standards, often handling multiple parts.

Summary

Works within the NPI control assembly area to assemble and test products per specs, drawings and work instructions.

Position Duties
  • Interprets and executes complex control drawings using blueprints, schematics, and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), ensuring precision in every step-including advanced soldering techniques.
  • Performs electrical diagnostic testing and functional verification on assembled units, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure optimal performance and quality compliance.
  • Expertly aligns and positions components for assembly, applying deep technical understanding to interpret engineering specifications and SWIs.
  • Operates within a collaborative workstation environment, assembling intricate mechanical or electrical systems to exacting production standards, often handling multiple critical parts.
  • Adapts swiftly to evolving production demands, providing hands-on support across departments, troubleshooting issues, and implementing real-time adjustments with minimal supervision.
  • Applies broad and practical understanding of electromechanical devices, leveraging deep knowledge to identify issues, optimize designs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation Pay Range

$26.00- $35.00
