Overview

Under minimal supervision, provide basic color matching and small batch blending support on site at the customer location.

Essential Job Functions

• Produce and quality control inks to ensure inks meet or exceed the customer’s specifications.
• Provide press-side technical support, mainly color toning.
• Maintain detailed production and quality control records.
• Identify basic rework opportunities based on batch ticket review.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe operations.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of industry experience.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and dispensing and color match software.
• High degree of interpersonal skill for a customer-facing position.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb buckets and move 500 lb drums following standard procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
