Brown & Brown is seeking a Financial Analyst - Technology to partner with technology and finance leaders. You will analyze budgets, forecasts, headcount, and vendor spend, shaping insights for strategic decisions.

The role supports month-end close, develops dashboards, and communicates financial results. A Finance/Accounting degree and 2–5 years in FP&A are preferred to drive technology cost management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2-5 years FP&A or financial analysis experience; technology cost functions preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and reporting.
• Strong Excel and Office skills; familiarity with planning/finance tools.
• Must maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Support senior FP&A in reviewing spend, invoices, and journal entries for accuracy.
• Consolidate and analyze data for tech budgets, forecasts, headcount, and vendor spend.
• Assist month-end/quarter-end close for technology cost centers and reporting.
• Prepare recurring/ad-hoc tech financial reports, dashboards and summaries.
• Perform variance analysis to identify cost drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for tech.
• Maintain financial models and schedules for tech investments and contracts.
• Collaborate with tech, finance, accounting, procurement to validate insights.
