Responsibilities

• Lead the team’s overall marketing strategy and campaign calendar.
• Develop and execute marketing plans for property listings.
• Manage our social media presence, content strategy, publishing schedule, and brand voice.
• Create targeted email campaigns for buyers, sellers, past clients, prospects, and referral partners.
• Develop hyperlocal campaigns for neighborhoods and communities we serve.
• Plan and manage digital advertising and lead-generation campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent brand across digital, social, email, print, and promotional materials.
• Track campaign performance and use data to improve results.
• Manage the priorities, workflow, and performance of a remote marketing assistant.
• Collaborate with the Event Planner to promote client and community events.
• Support team agents with approved marketing campaigns, tools, and resources.
• Maintain organized marketing calendars, project trackers, templates, and procedures.
• Participate in regular training on new platforms, AI tools, and marketing technologies.
• Evaluate new tools based on usefulness, cost, ease of adoption, and business impact.
• Work directly with the Technology Officer to test, implement, and improve marketing systems.
• Use AI, CRM, automation, and emerging platforms to improve content, targeting, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Help train team members and create clear processes for newly adopted tools.
• Continually look for smarter and more efficient ways to work.
