What You'll Do

• Support marketing campaigns, social media, and email newsletters
• Assist with home staging and photo/video content creation
• Coordinate open houses, tours, and special events
• Write and design blog posts, mailers, and realtor outreach materials
• Maintain our CRM (HubSpot) and respond to online inquiries

Who You Are

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field (real estate a plus)
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in HubSpot, Canva, and social media management tools
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs for staging and event setup
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented--you love seeing projects through from start to finish
