Job summary

Best Buy in Rockville, MD is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select tech products and services. You’ll join a team that prides itself on friendly, knowledgeable service and hands-on product demos.

You’ll learn product knowledge, perform cashier duties, assist with in-store pickup, and contribute to a clean, stocked sales floor while embracing a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
